Plot summary

A group of dated appliances, finding themselves stranded in a summer home that their family had just sold, decide to seek out their eight year old 'master'.

Grew up with this movie and molded my childhood. I loved it very much. Especially helped me fall in love with monster trucks.

Good god this movie is horrifying! Do NOT

Good god this movie is horrifying! Do NOT let your kids watch this under any circumstances! It deals with incredibly dark subject mater, multiple scenes portray suicide, themes of abandonment and for some reason a demon clown that hangs the toaster above the bathtub. They also end up in an appliance repair shop and watch as someone disassembles a blender to take out the motor but scene heavily implies that the technician murders it and mutilats the body The final scene of this movie is horrific. They end up in a junkyard with a sentient magnet crane loading sentient cars into a crusher, while the cars are singing about being worthless. Effectively a car genocide. The movie concludes with the "master" about to go into the crusher and the toaster jumping into the gears of the machine to stop it, Effectively crushing him. This movie should not be on any streaming service as it looks like a harmless kids movie but its incredibly dark and traumatic
