Plot summary

The Herdman kids are undeniably the worst kids in the history of the world. They lie, steal, cheat, bully and overall terrorize their small community. But this Christmas, they're taking over their local church Pageant – and they just might unwittingly teach a shocked little town the true meaning of Christmas.

The original movie The Best Christmas Pagent Ever

The original movie The Best Christmas Pagent Ever (1983) has heart, humor and charm so we thought the 2024 version would be a great holiday watch. Wrong. Poorly written, pedestrian acting make this agonizing to watch.

We (my family and I) anticipated the movie

We (my family and I) anticipated the movie to be a bit 'cheesy' and were pleasantly surprised at our ability to emotionally relate to the characters. In point of fact, despite the 'religious' connections of the movie - this was actually a 'turn on' vs. a 'turn off.' Very tasteful and well done in our opinion.
