Plot summary

The Berlin Bride is a strange and beautiful

The Berlin Bride is a strange and beautiful film about love, loss, desire and yearning, set in 1980s Berlin. It is beguiling from the outset, and will keep you watching all the way through. The passion and skill employed to make this film is obvious, and i'm glad i watched it.

Rarely have I seen a film like this

Rarely have I seen a film like this. Shot on 16mm film, the director/writer pulled this from deep inside, and managed to accurately portray a dark, almost dream like world. It kind of reminds me of Tim Burton. But, not quite. If you're into unique pieces or borderline psychopathic & stylish works of art, you should love this. As a writer/director myself, I say that anyone interested in expanding their own imagination and capabilities should watch this***

What an interesting movie! The film takes place

What an interesting movie! The film takes place in the mid-80s in Berlin. It seems to me that the film is mainly made from images shot in 1986, digitized much later to finally be edited and released 30 years later. This fantastic film from another time will take you into a story à la Lynch where two men share the same woman in a completely new way! It’s like being in Twin Peaks. A thrilling movie that I highly recommend!
