Perhaps one of the best scripts of the shorts of W.C. Fields. His ridiculously inept barber O'Hare is one of the funniest Fields characters to grace the screen.

On a day like any other, the barber of a small town comes face to face with an escaped criminal. W.C. Fields holds the pace, rhythm and tone of this funny short in the palm of his hand with his usual comedic style and creative gags.
