Plot summary

A bank temporarily housed in a mobile home while a new building is built, looks like an easy target to break into. On the other hand, why not steal the whole bank, and rob it in a safer location.

I didn't laugh at all except for a few chuckles despite the good energy of the cast. I felt this comedy caper was lethargic and ineffective.

Fun comic heist film from a Donald E

Fun comic heist film from a Donald E. Westlake novel (the sequel to "The Hot Rock") involving George C. Scott (with very silly eyebrows and playing the same character Robert Redford played in "The Hot Rock") breaking out of prison and hatching a scheme to steal an entire bank building. It's a comedy that won't blow you away, but it's entertaining enough if you're in the moody for a caper comedy. Joanna Cassidy, Sorrell Booke, Bob Balaban and Frank McRae also appear in the film.

Not a heist movie so much as it is an unfunny farce, filled with overactive acting and a terrible score. However, an extra point for Joanna Cassidy, who has never looked more beautiful.
