I absolutely love this movie! As the sequel

I absolutely love this movie! As the sequel to Tempted by Love, this movie has all the necessary feels and now I want to see a part 3! Don’t just watch this movie and skip the first movie because you’ll miss important connection moments that take place in part 2. I do like the first movie better- however I feel like part 2 is putting us more in Ava’s world; in her element as an award-winning chef, and connects to the first one really well. I’ve watched both several times!! I would love to see part 3 bringing it all together with Aunt Judy and Deena discovering Ava & Luke are back together, Lula’s grand opening, and a twist of some sort that proves their love for each other once and for all. I do understand the mixed reactions because the ‘chemistry level’ is not as intense as in part 1. Take the scenic route and bring that back in part 3!!! Still, two great movies. I’m a fan!

Not exactly my cup of tea...

Needless to say that I had, of course, never even heard about this Lifetime movie before stumbling upon it by random luck. And since I hadn't already seen it, nor actually heard about it, of course I opted to check it out, though I had no idea what I was in for.Writer Tamara Gregory put together a script and storyline that, while it wasn't exactly boring, it just failed to particularly cater to my liking. I found it not overly entertaining, though it was watchable. The narrative was slow paced, and the contents of the storyline was a swing and a miss in terms of entertaining me.The fact that Lifetime felt a need to add subtitles to the part where the French man was speaking English with a thick French accent just had me shaking my head in disbelief and laughing.Of the entire cast ensemble, I was only familiar with Garcelle Beauvais and Boris Kodjoe. The acting performances in the movie were good.I am sure that there is an audience out there for a movie such as "Tempted 2 Love", given the fact that it is a Lifetime movie.Watchable, for sure, but hardly a movie that warrants more than a single viewing. My rating of director Roger M. Bobb's 2026 movie "Tempted 2 Love" lands on a four out of ten stars.
