Plot summary

A marmite movie, and I wasn't on the positive side. Whacky it may be, but funny would have been a great addition.

I thought that Terri Joe did a fantastic

I thought that Terri Joe did a fantastic job. From the portrayal of a petite white woman exploring downtown Miami and the nclusivity of incorporating drag queens into the mix to even Terri's sister and her party showed a very real, modern, and fun Miami of today. While it must have been jarring and a culture shock for a white woman from Missouri I understand how she was shocked. As a 40 yr gay man I get her, this movie has helped me with my religious trauma and actually helped me find Jesus in my life. Not only helping me with my day to day but also helping incorporate church into my life especially as a former atheist due to my family being very devoutly religious folks. Where I have burned, I have now been healed. Thank you Terri Joe, I can now satisfy my partner!
