While a far cry from TMMT 1 (and lesser so TMNT 2) I find this three-quel to be a fun, nostalgic romp in the Ninja Turtle canon. Sure...the lines are cheesy, the plot is a little flimsy, but overall it's fun, funny and a great one to watch with the fam. I like that they explored an entirely new plot direction that takes them away from the city but keeps the swashbuckling turtle charm. It's quintessentially 90s and a fun, albeit, looser conclusion to this era of Turtle movies. Watch it with your kids, you'll laugh AND wince!
