The plug is pulled on the elite cybernautic terminal force enforcement team after some innocent victims are killed in a terrorist embassy seizure. PM Entertainment was churning this material out by the dozen at this point. May remind you of a few higher budget releases that made it to theaters.

this movie is so hilariously bad. There is one scene that Houston and I could not stop laughing during because we had NO idea where the characters were coming from spatially - it was all medium close-ups intercut into a conversation. Thank you greaves.

A film with cyborgs and a bunch of

A film with cyborgs and a bunch of action scenes. There is some time that is left to talking but most of the time there is something getting shot or being blown up. Overall, it is an action movie with cyborgs and a great beginning with Vernon Wells.
