Plot summary

Joe and Isabel’s marriage is dying when Kitti, a naked stranger found floating in the pool at their holiday villa in Greece, is invited to stay. Not Quite as Bad as "Black Bear"...

... but heading that way. I'm now really not inclined to watch anything else with Christopher Abbott in a major role. Here he is just inert and sucks the energy out of every scene he's in. Mind you, the rest of the cast don't really step into the breach and I was very bored with this long before the end. There's a blankness to everyone (apart from Laura) - even the naked angel of death herself.I have to believe that the book is much better (or why would anyone bother to make this film?) but I'm guessing that there's a lot of interior dialogue there that just doesn't translate to the screen.The most fun I had was waiting for the regular passing of the "ponyland" advertising car - and even that was undermined somewhat by them actually going there eventually.Don't bother.
