Plot summary
The life-saving superpowers and extraordinary bravery of some of the world’s most amazing dogs. The film follows six pups on their adventures: Halo, a puppy training to join an elite American disaster response team; Henry; an avalanche rescue dog in the Canadian Rockies; Reef, a Newfoundland lifeguard in the Italian Coast Guard; Ricochet, a surf and therapy boi in California; and the dynamic duo Tipper and Tony, who work to save endangered species in Africa.

The canine species seem to have emotions so closely linked to our own that they are willing to make the ultimate sacrifice to protect us. ...Dogs have learned to “read our minds” and bond with humans in a way no other animal can. Some dogs are trained to save human lives, such as police dogs, search and rescue dogs and water rescue dogs. These dogs are taught to attack dangerous people, or sniff out survivors from an avalanche or bomb blast, or jump into lakes to save drowning people. ...
