If Superman landed in Russia instead of the US he would've killed us all by now... What would you do if you 'secretly' wanted to rule the world and basically had a god at your disposal? The Chinese would've initially join the Russians but greed would end up turning them against each other, destroying the last remnants of human civilization in the process and in the end all that would remain would be him, ironically alone in an alien world forever staring into oblivion. BUT on the other hand do you really think that if Superman was real and he landed in the US, the fate of mankind would be much different? How much do you all trust your own governments? Do you even trust your neighbor? Let's get real, if someone on earth had real super (godly) powers and were controlled by the governments we would've all met our demise a long time ago.
