Sui daaga is a delightful film of the downtrodden poor trying to gather the courage to rise up and believe in their own talent. The movie frankly shows how the system is stacked against those trying to take control of their own destiny. I was very impressed by the acting of Varun and Anushka, since they usually take very shallow roles IMHO. Of course, two epic Internet memes were also born from the Happy cry face of Anushka. ?
