I tried to write this review so there are no spoilers involved. There are mentions of certain elements in the plot but they don't directly explain what happens in great detail.

This movie has great acting and is very believable, but like another reviewer said, they cut the movie short. It seems like the screenwriter got bored or only had a short amount of time left and decided to just wrap up the ending leaving viewers with many questions and the movie filled with plot holes.

The movie has a main character who is homeless and they do give us minimal insight into why he became homeless, but they stop just short of completely developing his whole backstory. If they would have completely told us what his company did to him then develop the jail storyline, which connects with what happened to the money (why would he bring his friends with him, if he wasn't going to use them as proof) to the accountant saying he had proof yet it never shown nor that part of the story being cut out completely is a shame.

That would have helped bring the story to a close and allow the main female to make up her mind (which she did in the bed at the end) and end up with who she was supposed to because the trust was re-established. Also, it would have been nice to explain the accountants behavior/actions.

A second movie definitely isn't necessary because the first one is incomplete. If they go back and rewrite the script especially by adding scenes to fill the plot holes, then this movie could be close to 10 stars. But until then, I loved the movie, but am very unsatisfied with how they just ended the movie. 5/10 for me.
