How do you turn a great 700 page book into an 85 minute movie? By cutting out it's heart, soul and character development. Just bad.

On Prime? Oh I thought it was a corny poor plot Hallmark movie. It’s bad, what else do you need to know? The screenwriter must have written this while half asleep. Flat acting devoid of even”play pretend” emotion, if Nathaniel Parker phoned his performance in it may have been better.

To say it's poor would be a massive under estimate of just how bereft of any quality this film is. The acting is atrocious, the lead is just rehashing his performances from The Inspector Lynley Mysteries, and the rest of the cast seem to be plucky amateurs. But the highlight is the artwork of the victim (crucial to the plot) which is beyond juvenile. This film is a complete waste of everyone's time, including mine.
