Dude only did 10 on a RICO?? He ratted. - A Federal RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations) conviction carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison per count, or life if the predicate acts allow it, with no specific statutory minimum, though sentencing guidelines often lead to 10+ years.
