Plot summary

South Bureau Homicide, set in South Los Angeles, explores the unsung bond created by the homicide detectives of LAPD and the local community's anti-violent-crime activists who together investigate and cope with the persistent menace of homicidal violence that plagues a disproportionately small part of LA.

I found this one while looking for a

I found this one while looking for a decent, short noir. Clocking in at just over an hour, this seemed like a good bet. Hey, it has Rita Hayworth. It didn't disappoint. After all, nobody expects A Star is Born when looking for a movie that only runs for an hour. But this one concentrates on action and gangsters, and it will hold your attention all the way to its predictable but satisfying conclusion.

Disjointed and not interesting

Jumps all over the place. The only interesting segment was the radio program: "Gang Talk". It would have been so much better if they focused on that.
