Plot summary

When Mi-so and Ha-eun first meet in childhood, their lives become instantly intertwined, forming a bond surrounded by happiness and naivety. But as adulthood arrives, alone and together, they are forced to deal with sadness, anger, grief, growth, and most of all, love.

I've seen both the Chinese Version first and

I've seen both the Chinese Version first and this one. Highly emotional with an incredible twist at the end. I'd say the friendship is better developed here, while each individual character comes out better in the Chinese version. Its also important to realize that the way the Korean version ends is quite different to how the Chinese version does, just as emotionally Jarring but I have to say I think the Korean ending is much deeper on the meaning of friendship at the very end. Watch both, it's worth it. I would keep the order Chinese first, Korean second.

Soulmate

Like the title says: They're soulmates Mi-so and Ha-eun's friendship had both its calm and chaotic moments but one thing was clear: they left a mark and impact in each other's lives that could never be forgotten. Even if there were a few issues that I had with the movie such as the editing that made it a bit distracting and difficult to follow along sometimes, 'Soulmate' was still enjoyable.
