This was such a lovely film. Stumbled across it on Tubi. Both heartwarming and heartbreaking. Beautiful performances and music. A must see for anyone who loves the arts.

This one traverses the challenges every artist has

This one traverses the challenges every artist has, in work, home, and gig life. It ain’t for the faint-hearted, that for sure. The very real struggle is shown effectively here, yet the draw of making art in any form is a huge draw and struggle TO go in other directions is futile. Our main character is desperately trying to be a family man while still being a musician, and things aren’t going well; he loves being a dad, but his marriage is in shambles. Along comes a talent scout with some deep past traumas, and she sees a spark in the music…and then that spark becomes…? Life, just like art, can get messy, but in the end, it’s worth it, especially when you find that one person who makes it all come together. Solid all-around, with good acting, music and production values.

Beautifully directed by Tim Dahlseid. Heartwarming and heartbreaking. Lots of emotion, real life drama, intrigue, twists. Does have a very real feel to it concerning classic life struggles and dilemma. Perseverance always pays off. Entertaining and captivating
