It is an interesting take on the undercover

It is an interesting take on the undercover genre. In recent years, a few Hong Kong crime movies have always ended up in Thailand or Myanmar. I think it is a little overdone, but knowing how the area is infamous for these crimes is not a big deal. The movie is great and shows a very unique dynamic between the characters. This movie being the highest Hong Kong movie budget in history can be shown in the action scenes and props. All the 3 main actors did very well at their role. It is as Hong Kong as it gets. It also gets a little philosophical towards the end which is something I like. Very good movie.
