Plot summary

A mentally ill man in a small Texas town goes on a killing rampage and is fatally wounded by police. When doctors use an experimental serum to bring him back to life, the killer develops superhuman strength and the town sheriff must pursue him.

Well well well here we go a little

Well well well here we go a little something different for a change. Chuck doing a slasher sci-fi movie. The body count was high but the kills could've been better. Like any slasher there was nudity. The performances and fighting scenes were in desperate need of a reshoot. Norris needed to work especially on his love scenes. Tim Treakle

Much better than it should have been. Score

Much better than it should have been. Score dropping out for no apparent reason makes it seem amateurish. Gratuitous nudity, etc., but it was a product of its time. I'd have removed the cutesy stuff from Stephen Furst so the intensity wouldn't be so frivolously broken. But still a good movie. Could have been better, should have been worse.

We definitely enjoyed this Chuck Norris movie. It's a bit of a B movie, but a really good one. It's relentlessly creepy and scary with an unstoppable bad guy.
