Plot summary

Naughty or Nice inspector Isabel Haynes doesn’t anticipate anything out of the ordinary when she’s assigned to evaluate 11-year-old Charlie Duncan. However, soon, Isabel falls for Charlie’s widowed father Jason, which makes her question the rigid rules of her job. As Christmas approaches, Isabel must choose between following the holiday algorithm or following her heart.

Love the two leads, and Andrew Walker is one of my 'Hallmark Men', but I wasn't really feeling any chemistry. Felt like parts of the story had been cut.

This is exactly what a holiday movie should be. I'm sorry for the nitpickers who want to discuss flaws. If they'd actually watched the movie they would have understood that's not what it's about at Christmas.
