The movie is an all too obvious glorification

The movie is an all too obvious glorification of all things Turkish. It's like looking forward to a great baklava only to discover that it is too sweet, dripping with superficial sweetener and filled with fake nuts. A pity, could have been a reasonably good movie, really don't understand why Katja Riemann played in it.

As a German, I watched it in OV

As a German, I watched it in OV. Acting is very bad and of course the plot is more than predictable, but what else would you expect. I liked the way they showed multiple aspects and regions of Turkey

My recommendation, skip it. Characters are quite unlikable, plot (I guess you can say plot) is predictable. I wasn’t rooting for anyone because I felt like I didn’t get to know anyone. If you are in the mood for a Turkish movie, there are so many better ones out there.
