The Secret of the Furious Five is a charming short film. (Although I do wish this world would explore the stories of the Furious Five more often.)

Secrets of the Furious Five isn't a necessary short film but it is nice to see the origin stories of Po's idols and to see some decent kung-fu action even if it is nowhere near as brilliantly choreographed as the ones in the movies (before you argue "different budgets!", note that two Kung Fu Panda TV shows exist and there is some okay kung fu although I never really got into Legends of Awesomeness with the few episodes not impressing me much and I only ever saw clips for Paws of Destiny with no real desire to actually see the damn thing).
