Jack127 is wrong. Capitalism is simply a buyer and a seller, with currency/items/services that both sides acknowledge as having mutual value. Capitalism fails when either the buyer or seller manipulate the situation (counterfeit money; services not rendered). Government is supposed to ensure fairness and justice, thus the problem is not capitalism; it is always government (politicians, judges, law enforcement) being corrupt.
