The movie is too cliche. The special effects were not that special and Shu Qi just is not in it enough to get a higher rating.

Don't listen to the haters - this was great. A very fun flick with tons of action and personality. The story can be a little confusing but for the most part it doesn't matter. The gadgets are a highlight.
