Rating this a 3/10. It was interesting enough

Rating this a 3/10. It was interesting enough to let me watch it till the end, however…Very terrible plot, I feel like the script writer basically rotated around the same scenes over and over again. Screen play is also poor. Painfully watched it to the end though. Some scenes were honestly irrelevant, like the last scene??? A lot of unnecessary characters too. We do not get to fully understand who the main character was supposed to be. Is it the girl??? Her aunt?? Or her father? And the characters we started off with?? Hoped for a story behind them but none came.

“State Of Fear. This film was a film

“State Of Fear. This film was a film about corrupt police gangs in prison and the retribution that takes place when things don't go right in a perfect world. A young African American girl gets caught up in the crossfire it becomes a hostage although it's trying to gain the system. Dirty cops and hardened criminals and those caught in between. Lots of violence shootings killings language. I do not recommend this film for children 14 and under.
