I think for a 1977 Canadian orientated horror

I think for a 1977 Canadian orientated horror movie, it is very well done. The acting, camera work, dialogue, situations and scare scenes are all top notch for the time - very underrated movie in my opinion.

After "Deliverance" but definitely before "Friday the 13th". Verbose, but well shot for a not too original B movie.
