Plot summary
The story of Edgardo Mortara, a young Jewish boy living in Bologna, Italy, who in 1858, after being secretly baptized, was forcibly taken from his family to be raised as a Christian. His parents’ struggle to free their son became part of a larger political battle that pitted the papacy against forces of democracy and Italian unification.

Is it possible to get a version without the hard-coded Italian subtitles (which are present in spots)? The optional (though necessary for me) English subtitles are mixed with those hard-coded ones making the English subtitles difficult to read. Another solution would be to make the English subtitles bright yellow in color and possibly with a bold font. By the way, the last explanatory title is not translated into English. With all that, the transfer is excellent and I thank you Freeman.
