Plan 9 From Outer Space is generally considered the worst movie of all time... ROTOR makes Plan 9 seem High Brow! This is beyond a "Must-See" if you like bad movies. Whoever wrote this knows nothing about Police, robotics, plot lines or writing about police or robots. Interesting that there are a bunch of Isuzus in it though, must have been a sponsor... Wonder if they got their money back?!?

Any one expecting to see the android, depicted

Any one expecting to see the android, depicted in the movie poster, will be surely disappointed. What you get instead is "The Cop" from The Village People, 70's mustache and all. It's a cheap, crappy "movie', capitalizing on the popularity of Terminator and RoboCop. R.O.T.O.R. (Robotic Officer Tactical Operations Research), S.U.C.K.S (substandard unpleasant cheesy kiddish stinky).
