Plot summary

A dream vacation of a lifetime quickly turns into a hijacking, endangering passengers and crew, on a boat journey down the Amazon River and into the Brazilian rainforest. Desperate criminals storm aboard, pursuing a lost fortune in the jungle. Now under threat, and with food and fuel running low, the once idealistic tourists - now hostages - must use all their ingenuity as their Amazon cruise becomes a descent into a desperate struggle for survival.

I recently watched the Amazon Queen movie and

I recently watched the Amazon Queen movie and I have to say, it was an incredible cinematic experience. Great scenes shot in the Amazon rainforest, was both believable and captivating. The action scenes was stunning, and I found myself fully immersed in the beautiful yet dangerous jungle environment. The story itself was getting my attention all the time. The moment the characters Machado and Silva are on the boat and announces: "vacation is officially over" Its a plus for me. I highly recommend the Amazon Queen movie to anyone who loves adventure, suspense, and incredible performances. Clayton Meek shines in this film and the entire cast and crew did an amazing job. It's a must-see for anyone looking for a thrilling experience.

The film ‘Amazon Queen’ features stunning cinematography and immersive natural soundscapes. However, the romantic subplot resembles that of a soap opera. It is worth saying that the movie won the “Best Director” & "Best Producers" - Rome International Movie Awards (June 2021).
