Plot summary

This is a very old film and the DVD is put out by Alpha Home Video. It stars Joe E Brown who plays a clown and is on a jury for a Murder Trial. The case is presented to the Jury and the Jury votes all vote Guilty except one, Joe Brown who holds out for 5 days before he tells a story that takes an unexpected twist, which I will not give away. For a film made in 1929 it had a overall good theme. I have to give it 3 stars. The audio wasn't the best and like a number of other Alpha Home Video Projects the film was full of scratches and cuts, but what can one expect from 1929, I am just amazed its still around. 3 Stars

Rígido, agressivo, abusivo, mas depois vemos que mesmo diante de tantas exigências têm um amor profundo por essas crianças, uma rispidez fora do normal, baseada na vida do Mestre Yu, e Jackie Chan no "Narigão"... Bonito, colorido, triste, ótima produção...
