Here's how to fix audio sync in 720p version... Use MKVTOOLNIX and apply 360 in audio ms parameter. Then use HANDBRAKE and apply 8 or 10 in audio gain (makes audio LOUDER) to have ms parameter permanent fixed in place. Then use MKVTOOLNIX again to remove unedited audio and replace with edited audio. Also apply 120 ms adjustment to subtitles. Merge all files and presto... fixed louder audio + subtitles.

Drop file in MKvtoolnix, click on audio and in delay minutes area on the right, in ms type 150 and hit mux. Fixed. Thank you Otto!!!
