This is based on the true life story

This is based on the true life story of the director about his childhood in Russia when communism fell and later spending the rest of his life in America. It wasn't a bad story at all and had some humorous moments and a surprise twist with his step-father that I didn't see coming.

This was a unique experience as the style

This was a unique experience as the style was more than unusual. It was surreal at times but by the end it was not an unpleasant 'journey'.
