Plot summary

Lalo is a sex influencer: he posts photos of his naked body and homemade porn videos for his thousands of social media followers. Lalo directs his own life, but in private, when out of character, he seems to live in constant melancholy.

Wow, this is just pathetic. The “star”, Lalo

Wow, this is just pathetic. The “star”, Lalo (is this a real person?), obviously has some serious problems with clinical depression. This is mentioned – very briefly – toward the end of the movie, but no therapy is suggested after his diagnosis; we cut to the next scene. He often bursts into tears out of nowhere, even once when having (simulated) sex. What you get is laughably-bad simulated sex (nothing that deserves the “18” rating it carries on European copies of the DVD) and a bad actor playing a bad actor in what is supposed to be the making of a porn movie but seems more a fantasia on the political history of Mexico, with far more painfully insipid dialogue than any extant porn film. Lalo is, quite simply, nothing special: not ugly, not handsome – nice eyes but cursed with a large nose. Totally ordinary body – indeed, a bit flabby. Nothing remotely sexual about him, nothing to brag about, let alone justify his participation in porn venues. An annoying amount of the movie is an iPhone screen, flipping through Lalo’s messages and videos, watching him compose messages, letter by letter. There is virtually no nudity (frontal, at least, except for a few quick flashes, but nothing sexual), which makes the porn scenes all the more ludicrous. Lalo is so void of feeling that during a photo session in which the photographer asks him to change his facial expressions, he is simply incapable of showing anything other than the one and only sad face he wears throughout this sorry mess. If this movie carries a message, it is that being popular on OnlyFans will not bring you happiness.

INTERESTING !!!

A good movie, if you wanna know how to be a pornstar nowadays, but the movie Title is confusing, because we don't really understand why the main protagonist is so sad. Where is his crisis ??? Is it mental ? Is it physical ? Is it existencial ? Or whatever... Manuel Abramovich is certainly a young talented director, but the plot has a lack of something, undoubtedly. Lalo the main character is handsome, very easy on the eye, and we understand quickly that he is very talented for the Porn Industry. A movie which should be seen by the whole LGBT community in the world, to support all gays who wanna make an impact in the Adult Movie.
