Plot summary

On a flight from Los Angeles to Paris, a mad scientist on the run from the CIA is transporting a coffin containing the body of a colleague infected with a genetically modified virus. While the 747 crosses a violent thunderstorm, the instability of the aircraft allows the corpse to get out of its container.

It is entertaining and the premise is good

It is entertaining and the premise is good, but there are MASSIVE glaring flaws that make it ludicrous. I think the enjoyable part of zombie movies - the scare factor if you will, is when they are so realistic we start wondering how we would handle that situation in real life. You don’t want to be distracted by thoughts like, “There is no way they could shoot that many bullets on a plane and not cause the side to blow out,” or “That missile should have caused a much bigger hole.” So I would to see someone redo this movie with more realistic solutions. It was fun to see the creepy Ghostbusters dude who always said, “He is Viggo! We must bow down to him” in a different film.

Builds a dread leading up to a literal

Builds a dread leading up to a literal zombie apocalypse in an airplane. Comedy along the way doesn't prepare you for the slaughter in the conclusion. Serious acting amid the gore. Great living dead feature.
