Full of that off-beat and understated Finnish humor

Full of that off-beat and understated Finnish humor with some magical elements that fit so well with the dark humor and the matter of fact acceptance of things that one cannot change. Very strange, a story like none other and an unpredictable outcome.

Maybe it has something to do with the

Maybe it has something to do with the unusual Finnish sense of humor and fatalistic view of life that what seemed like could be a romantic movie turned out to be much more violent than your run-of-the mill RomCom. Questions about faith - both faith in a wife as well as faith in the religious sense, mixed up with a whodunit involving a wayward meteorite that hits a small town in the deepest Artic. Definitely, a mixed bag, but not a bad movie, just unusual.
