Plot summary

This is very much a gentle comedy, most

This is very much a gentle comedy, most of which is about social awkwardness relating to the male character still living at home with his mother being a bit overly motherly perhaps. Although the title and synopsis may indicate this, there isn't a lot of graphic sex or otherwise explicit scenes in this film, a brief glimpse or two of nudity perhaps (it does focus on a relationship). I thought it was quite a nice watch, with some nice moments, some awkward ones as I say and the ending was quite touching. Given I live in Scotland, I was surprised to see Scotland mentioned a few times in this film and overall I enjoyed watching it. It's one of those films where your made to realise or feel that the silence is deafening. There's some good camerawork and the boys granddad was an amusing character too. I would recommend this film, yes.

WHAT A MOVIE!

Ben Sharrock is one of the best directors i've ever seen!

He made 2 masterpieces(to this day,Ben has made 2 movies, limbo and pikadero) For me,limbo is a better movie,because it has more twist and more realistic characters.

But it make this movie bad?

Hell no!

It's like you watching some Theo Angelopoulos movies that combined with Wes Anderson's style!

I love that cold chemistry between characters.

It's a big risk to write like this(cold characters) and direct and filming that hot shots!

I'm happy that the jokes in this movie are not vulgarity.

It's a simple movie about humans behavior that i absolutely recommending to you to watch it!
