Plot summary

Liu Yue Ping reports to the ICAC about a rich 2G Cao Yuen Yuen who bribed officers of the Hong Kong Correctional Services (HKCS) from inside the prison. William Luk decides to infiltrate the prison as an inmate to conduct his investigation, while his partner Ching Tak Ming and Chief Inspector Lau Po-keung back him up from the outside.

Thanks to David Lam's flair in keeping the pace, it's never boring to watch his movies, though there are quite many plot holes, and the action set pieces aren't spectacular at all.

*Wasted*

The story is so lame that it's like watching a really really fake movie. Looks like they didn't have anything to do and just decided to make up a story and make a movie out of it. The acting was good though.
