The movie touched feelings that I thought were

The movie touched feelings that I thought were gone away, but I relived the days when my husband went through dementia. Very touching story. The only change I would have made was at the end of the movie. I was hoping for the family to adopt the young girl. My heart ached for her!

I was in tears as I watched this

I was in tears as I watched this special movie. My dad didn't have Alzheimer's disease but he had a brain injury and he had no short term memory so as I watched this touching movie I had to pour out my heart because my dad often times got confused about things. And it hurt me the most is when the dad goes outside and gets lost. My dad's memory had its good and bad days, the worst one that hits me so hard is when I get a phone call saying my dad was in an accident. My heart froze because I don't know how he had another accident because he didn't have his driver's license anymore. But I don't think he remembered that so just like the main character in this film couldn't remember where he lived. And I poured out my heart because I wasn't sure what happened exactly but I don't know what exactly was going through my dad's mind when he got in his wife's car and leave. But this is a must see because watch your love ones here because you never know when it will be your last

A tender human interest story. Have your hankies ready. Nice performances by the father and the girl he meets.
