Plot summary

Diggsy has been in love with Suzette since he was 9 years old. After she marries someone else, he encounters a mysterious stranger who offers him a key that can open doors into parallel universes. This uncanny opportunity gives him a chance to find a version of Suzette who will love him back. During his journey, he unexpectedly meets Gwyneth, a wild card who may throw his universe-jumping adventure for a loop. For Diggsy, this is a tale full of surprises, awkward encounters, and the possibility of finding the perfect version of that someone who will love you back.

Well worth a watch, especially for those who

Well worth a watch, especially for those who like dark horse films that stick with you days after. I had no idea how invested I was in the characters until the movie's climactic moment, where I nearly jumped out of my seat. Eddie George's cleverly played appearance was a welcome surprise.

The protagonist of this movie is a thirty-something

The protagonist of this movie is a thirty-something male who becomes heartbroken because his childhood crush gets married without him ever having had the nerve to tell her that he likes her. His despair is so great that he is willing to walk away from his life, family and friends in order to live in parallel universes where he isn't watching his crush start her life with someone else. Does he learn anything from this infantile act of disproportionate response to his wounded ego? Never. He just barrels along impacting other people's lives without a second thought. Everyone else is easily replaceable and thus disposable, and he's never even troubled by the obvious evidence that every other version of him in the countless parallel universes he visits is a better man than he is. I can't imagine what anyone involved in the making of this movie was thinking while they did it.
