Plot summary

Li Mansei is a martial-arts champion turned undercover agent. When he is captured by a drug lord, his sister Li Koryu turns to his former martial-arts school, including the powerful Sonny Kawasaka, for help in the inevitable battle royale.

Director, Kazuhiko Yamaguchi's "Sister Street Fighter" is maybe

Director, Kazuhiko Yamaguchi's "Sister Street Fighter" is maybe the best non video game movie ever made. Etsuko Shihomi, with her sweet face & charming on screen presence makes a fun energetic lead, battling her way to the top by taking on a wide range of cartoonish villains with plenty of violence. Added bonus, we get Sonny Chiba in support.

I think that might actually be better than

I think that might actually be better than the regular Streetfighter series. Double the action, triple the outlandish comic-book characters, and a ridiculous, fun plot that is a blast. Plus you STILL get Sonny Chiba on top of all that. It doesn't hurt that Etsuko is very cute and likeable.
