Plot summary

A hit man named Kai flies into Bangkok, gets a gun, and orders a cab. He offers a professional female driver big money to be his all-night driver. But when she realizes Kai is committing brutal murders at each stop, it's too late to walk away. Meanwhile, an offbeat police detective races to decode the string of slayings before more blood is spilled.

I watched this on Amazon and thought it

I watched this on Amazon and thought it was a very good movie! It reminded me a little of the Cruise/Foxx movie where he was driving around a hitman. This revenge story shows the lengths a parent will go to get justice. I highly recommend this especially if you have Prime.

There are elements that are decent, but film

There are elements that are decent, but film suffers from below average acting and a poorly written script. It's saving graces are a cool visual quality and a decent performance from Dacascos. But overall the negatives outweigh the positives.

This director has clearly never heard the rule

This director has clearly never heard the rule “do the fast bits slow and the slow bits fast” - the pacing on this movie is completely off, meaning zero satisfaction gained from the vigilante justice the audience should be enjoying. Leading man Mark Dacascos is the only worthwhile piece of the puzzle but unfortunately completely let down by horrendous cast (are any of these actors actually Thai? Has a single one of them ever taken acting classes?), criminally bad dialogue, awkward performances, and amateur special effects makeup. American accents abound. And she’s driving a Volvo? Has anyone involved in writing this movie actually been to Thailand? Yikes. Practically everything about this movie is badly done. I got so bored by the second half, I spent it scrolling through reviews to see if there was some kind of mass delusion going on and it was just me who found it this awful (like reading reviews for The Beekeeper…are you people on acid?). Alas, everyone seems to agree: Mark Dacascos = good. This movie = bad.
