Plot summary

A scientific team in Mexico discover a pool of unusual baby "octopus-like" specimens. Gathering a few for analysis back at the lab, it is soon discovered that the critters belong to a gangly six-foot half man/half octopus-like creature, that's pretty angry and wants her 'babies' returned…

Hilariously awful tale about a rubber suited humanoid

Hilariously awful tale about a rubber suited humanoid octopus terrorizing a group of scientists out in the dessert. This is really a zero-star film, but I did get two-and-a-half stars worth of ironic enjoyment out of the film. Pier Angeli does some serious slumming for her final film appearance, She died of a drug overdose during filming.

Embarrassment for the folks listed in the credits

Embarrassment for the folks listed in the credits (except for maybe Rick Baker, because, though kinda goofy, the monster suit is of nifty design), entertainment for the rest of us. A little draggy but the numerous golden nuggets of incompetence scattered throughout make it worth a sit-through
