As someone who has always loved the original

As someone who has always loved the original series — and who is part of the very community this story represents — this film felt like a real letdown. The writing lacked the depth and authenticity that made the show so special, and the casting choices just did not work. There seemed to be no genuine care for the script or the story, which would've actually been great if it had been done well. Honestly, Jumping the Broom managed to deliver a stronger, more heartfelt story, and it seemed to do so with a smaller budget. I had high hopes, but this didn’t live up to the legacy of Noah’s Arc. ?????
