1984, the movie based on H.G. Well version, is more intense and creative. We are living today the same paradigm.

Blueprint for control freaks obsessed with controlling everyone's minds. These control freaks needs to have their heads shoved up each others azzes.

Is this a movie about Brandon's Ministry of Truth?

A classic! The role that made Peter Cushing's career! Disturbingly relevant today in an age where many claim the News is to be obeyed, the US election wasn't "rigged" and where a leader like Brandon says there is "no inflation in US" and "my butt's been wiped!" .... 8.5 out of 10

ozzie the whole point is not being told what to think or believe - it's the right of the individual, not the gov or anyone else

Ozzie works for the Ministry or 8s already brainwashed

Sweet, thanks Freeman, been wanting to watch this for some time. On a side note there is a SJW rewrite of Orwell's 1984 in the works, and it's approved by his estate! The very thing Winston Smith did in the book and movies is being done to the original work...

Subtitles please!

A classic! The role that made Peter Cushing's career! Disturbingly relevant today in an age where many claim the News is "fake", the US election was "rigged" and where a leader like Putin says there is "no war in Ukraine, it is merely a special military operation" .... 8.5 out of 10

There are FOUR lights!
