Plot summary

In this wasteland of despair the path to redemption is not clear. But Alex – a mutant created with super human DNA – carries the seed of hope for all mankind. And just when I thought we couldn't get any lower in this series. We get this low-rent clipshow of the previous film. Well, at least this one has Tim Thomerson, that helped get through it. A bit.
