Plot summary

This indie really surprised me. Compelling, creepy story

This indie really surprised me. Compelling, creepy story with good acting and a director who was able to pull off the thrills and, believe it or not, the comedy. It's dark comedy, mind you, but it works. Plenty of great stuff here. Glad I took a chance on it.

An intelligently made, appropriately unnerving film. Love to see indies like this with premises you wouldn't necessarily find in the mainstream. It feels novel and fresh, with excellent performances. Kudos to director Brian DiLorenzo. Recommend.

A wonderful take on being subservient to a

A wonderful take on being subservient to a professed Idol, thereby giving one's power away due to lack of self-awareness and of belief in oneself. Though a little slow at times, I liked the script and how the film cleverly plays out. Impressed with the lighting and direction. A big plus, the lead actors were very good, especially Justin Andrew Davis, playing Alex, who gives an impressive and nuanced performance.
