I was hopping for a Clinton propogannaism
IT'S DUBBED. No movies should ever be here that is dubbed without fair warning. Horrible.
Language English?

It's NOT dubbed. IMDb states that the movie was made in English. Note that this is a movie made in the USA, not Korea.
