Watched Miss Potter 3 times in 3 days

Watched Miss Potter 3 times in 3 days, that’s once daily. Renee Zellweger is perfect for playing Beatrix Potter, great accent along with a brilliant script. Bringing more life to the film is watching Zellweger do the drawings. And learning about the success of the book ….at one time it was the most popular book world-wide. AND our senior citizen daughter and one of her daughters, age 18 speaks extra highly of the film. NEXT? My husband will watch Miss Potter. The photography is soooooo good, especially capturing the essence of "The Lake District". The movie is a CLASSIC.

Filme fraco, o roteiro é fraco, as cenas

A thoroughly enjoyable, feel-good film, charming and sentimental

A thoroughly enjoyable, feel-good film, charming and sentimental without overdoing it. The cel animation, drawn from Beatrix Potter’s own illustrations, works well and fits the tone. Renée Zellweger, very much in her prime, anchors the film.
